In 1998 with a waterproof disposable Kodak camera, on a cloudy overcast day, in a clean NE swell with a strong offshore wind, I captured a moment in time I will never forget.
It was in this moment I realised photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.
Today my journey continues to evolve and like my attitude back in 1998 my photography doesn’t follow all the rules. Hopefully you can find the same solace in my photos that I have looking through my lens.
